Job Summary
Manage the full lifecycle of awarded grants, interpreting agreements and translating requirements into actionable guidance for program teams. Monitor performance against outcomes, develop reporting calendars, and partner with Finance to track expenditures and ensure audit readiness. Serve as a primary liaison with funders, collecting impact data to strengthen relationships and support strategic alignment with proposal strategies. Collaborate across departments to refine systems for capturing program outcomes and develop compelling impact narratives for donor reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Business, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in grants management, with a focus on post-award administration
- Experience working with foundation, corporate, or private grant funding
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a mission-driven or nonprofit organization, particularly those serving military or family programs
- Familiarity with outcome measurement, evaluation, and impact reporting
- Experience with grants management systems or donor databases
