Job Summary
Diagnose mechanical and electrical failure modes in engines, axles, and vehicle systems; disassemble, repair, and reassemble agricultural tractors and related equipment; perform post-repair testing and adjustments to ensure safe and proper function. Maintain detailed records of labor, parts, and repairs; collaborate with engineers, suppliers, production teams, and customer representatives; ensure 5S principles are followed; read engineering drawings and schematics; use measuring tools and diagnostic equipment; proficient with MS Office, SharePoint, and SAP. Strong emphasis on quality, teamwork, and customer-focused repairs within a factory environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of relevant experience in mechanical repair or manufacturing environments
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Technology or related field preferred
