Post Acute Rehabilitation PT

Provide direct inpatient physical therapy care to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. We expect the Physical Therapist to supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, address patient concerns, and build meaningful relationships to support recovery. The role emphasizes high-quality, compassionate care, ongoing patient progress, and collaboration with the therapy team. Qualifications include current state licensure or certification and CPR certification; Master’s Degree preferred or Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient experience.
