Job Summary
BE/BC Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric physicians are sought to join Adfinitas Health’s post-acute team serving the Wilkes-Barre, Scranton, and Kingston areas of Northeastern Pennsylvania. Positions are offered in a full-time, part-time, and PRN capacity with Monday–Friday schedules, focusing on geriatric/post-acute care. Candidates should have geriatric fellowship training or equivalent geriatric experience, or be board eligible/board certified in geriatrics, internal medicine, or family medicine. The role emphasizes team-based care, clear communication with colleagues, families, and patients, proficiency with EMR systems, and compliance with healthcare standards. Active state licensure and DEA, state CSR are required or pursued, with competitive salary and benefits including malpractice insurance with tail, PTO, leadership and training opportunities, and flexible scheduling. Located in Northeastern Pennsylvania (Scranton area).
Required Qualifications
- BE/BC Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
- Geriatric fellowship trained or boarded in geriatrics OR equivalent geriatric experience
- Board eligible/Board certified in Geriatric Medicine, Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active State license
- DEA

- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Team oriented attitude toward patient care
- Proficiency with EMR systems
- Ability to work in stressful situations
