Job Summary
Oversee and manage all sales activities in the division and direct a sales team towards achieving maximum profitability and growth. Develop business plans and sales strategies while initiating action plans to penetrate new markets. Manage pricing competitive for applications and establish marketing plans. Maintain sales records and assist in proposal preparations, ensuring effective communication and training of Account Representatives while fostering employee development and morale.
Required Qualifications
- At least 7 years of experience managing people in a sales management role
- Willing to travel at least 50% of the time for business purposes

- Experience with enterprise software solutions
- Extensive experience in Supplier Relationship Management
