Job Summary
Post Acute Care Physician needed in Colorado Springs to provide primary and preventive care for patients in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. See an average of 16 patients per day, collaborate with nursing staff and facility administration, and work with a large network of community primary care physicians. Opportunity offers a great base salary of $250k plus bonus, full benefits (paid malpractice, 401(k), 20 days PTO, and more), and mileage reimbursement. Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine preferred. Location: Colorado Springs, CO.
