Job Summary
Lead a portfolio of consulting engagements from discovery through implementation, serving as the primary relationship owner for CARE projects while building enduring partnerships with executive leaders and boards. Diagnose organizational challenges by synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data to design evidence-based interventions, then facilitate leadership development and change management to ensure sustainable adoption. Manage engagements to scope, budget, and quality expectations while achieving annual revenue goals through business development and proposal contributions. Collaborate across service lines to integrate specialized expertise with broader HR partnerships, applying Positive Organizational Scholarship methodologies to deliver measurable impact.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in organizational effectiveness, organizational development, HR strategy, or management consulting
- Experience advising nonprofit executive teams and boards
- Demonstrated success leading multiple sophisticated consulting engagements simultaneously — managing scope, budget, timeline, and quality while delivering an exceptional client experience
- Strong facilitation, executive communication, analytical, project management, and relationship management skills
- Ability to diagnose systemic issues using both qualitative and quantitative data, distinguishing root causes from symptoms
- Experience growing client relationships and contributing to business development — such as shaping proposals, expanding engagements, or achieving revenue goals — in a consulting or professional services environment
- Collaborative, curious, evidence-based, and committed to helping mission-driven organizations thrive
- Must be located in the United States and willing to work Eastern Time Zone hours to accommodate Positively Partners' primarily East Coast clients
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with Positive Psychology, Positive Organizational Scholarship, or other evidence-based approaches to organizational effectiveness is a plus
