Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients' homes or community-based locations, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Act as a member of the clinical team, directly applying skill-building and care plans, recording session data on electronic devices, and fostering a positive learning environment. Collaborate with families and other providers to enhance treatment effectiveness. This entry-point role requires strong empathy, patience, and reliability; paid training is provided and no prior experience is required. Great Bend, KS part-time opportunities with flexible afternoon/evening hours.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn
- No prior experience required; paid training provided
- Minimum 6 month commitment
- Must take 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course
- Reliable transportation
