Job Summary
Deliver evidence-based behaviour support services within the Positive Behaviour Capability Framework for clients with disability, develop and oversee individualised behaviour support plans to meet client goals and NDIS requirements, ensure practices align with current legislation, policy and best-practice standards, provide advisory support, engage in professional development and supervision, and accurately document activities in the client management system while working in a collaborative team.
Required Qualifications
- Registration as a NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia
- WA Driver’s license and Licensed and Insured vehicle
- First Aid & CPR certificates
- Working With Children Check
- Tertiary qualification in Positive Behaviour Support, Allied Health, Psychology, or a related field (preferred but not essential)
