Job Summary
Monitor facility and property of assigned clients while maintaining professional demeanor and adhering to Top Guard and client parameters. Conduct situational decision making, notify appropriate personnel as needed, and write reports on electronic devices or paper. Make appropriate notifications to the client's assigned contact and Top Guard management. Maintain a current active DCJS Armed Card, reliable transportation, and a clear criminal history. Speak audibly and clearly to contact authorities. Full-time positions available with health, dental, and supplemental insurance benefits. Weekends and holidays required.
Required Qualifications

- Effective Verbal and Written Communication
- Great Customer Service Skills
- Must be reliable and dependable
- Reliable Transportation
- Authorized to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Must be able to sit, stand or walk for extended periods of time, up to a full 8-hour shift
- Speak audibly, clearly and understandable
- Weekends and holidays required
- Full Time positions
- DCJS Armed card
- Must have clear criminal history for background investigation
- Valid Driver's License
- Current Driving Record with no more than 3 tickets
- Military or security experience
- Specialized law enforcement, security and/or military experience or training
- 1 year or more required for some contract sites
Desired Qualifications
- Military, Corrections, Security Exp and or Law Enforcement experience preferred
