Job Summary
Position Management Ops Senior Analyst on the ES Data Operations team; own end-to-end processing of high-volume Workday EIBs, review position management data audits, verify and maintain position attributes in Workday, provide functional/technical leadership for Workday position management, maintain master data values (Job Profile, Job Family, Job Group, Roles, Custom Organization Types, Positions, Locations), ensure data integrity across employee change transactions, support SOX compliance, and contribute to automation via AI tools/workday automation. Partners with HR Technology and ES Operations to pilot AI-driven improvements; participates in UAT and supports global initiatives. Requires deep Workday HCM expertise, data privacy mindset, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience as a Workday HCM Analyst with hands-on expertise in the position management staffing model
- Experience with Workday integration types, including EIB; familiarity with Workday Adaptive is a plus
- Strong understanding of data integrity and data privacy requirements
- Proven ability to diagnose problems using data and lead resolution efforts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for process improvement and continuous learning
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Committed to confidentiality and discretion across all job responsibilities
- Collaborative team player with strong customer service orientation
