POS Systems Manager to oversee POS system management and upgrades across multiple retail locations. Responsibilities include planning and executing POS upgrades and migrations, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, collaborating with IT, store operations, and vendors, maintaining POS configurations and documentation, and training store teams on POS usage and upgrades. Requires 5+ years in POS system management/upgrades, extensive knowledge of POS hardware/software, hands-on deployment experience, cloud-based POS experience, vendor management, strong troubleshooting, and Korean bilingual proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in POS system management or upgrades
- Korean bilingual required
- Strong knowledge of POS hardware and software platforms
- Hands-on experience with system upgrades, patching, and deployment
- Experience with cloud-based POS systems
- Vendor management experience
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience in retail workflows and multi-store environments
