Job Summary
Install, upgrade, and support payment gateway interfaces for POS software at retail outlets in North America. Manage Pay@Table installations and test disaster recovery readiness. Implement vendor interfaces and services connecting Oracle Simphony and Shiji Infrasys POS systems. Build non-prod environments to provide varied test configurations for internal testers. This remote role includes up to four annual hotel visits and offers competitive compensation for candidates with Oracle Simphony, Shiji Infrasys, or Pay@Table experience.
Required Qualifications
- Oracle Simphony and/or Shiji Infrasys POS experience
- Pay@Table experience
- 5 Years Windows Administrator Experience
- 1-2 Years Network experience (F5, VIP theory, DNS, Certificates)
Desired Qualifications
- Oracle Simphony and/or Shiji Infrasys POS installation experience
- Someone with hospitality industry experience
- Oracle Simphony Point of Sale
- Shiji Infrasys Point of Sale
- Oracle Opera POS Interfaces
- SAP application support
- Payment Gateway integration
- Active Directory (Security and Distribution Groups)
- Citrix (Dedicated Server Farms in multiple environments)
- VMWare (Vpshere)
- Java
