Job Summary
Coordinate the rollout of a custom Azure-based PaaS integration layer for enterprise POS SaaS transformation programs, adapting global architectures to local market requirements. Configure REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON data transformations to ensure seamless data flow between POS, SAP S/4HANA, and CRM platforms. Execute SIT, UAT, and end-to-end testing while managing releases via Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and monitoring integration health with Azure Monitor and Splunk. Act as the primary technical liaison between global engineering teams, local stakeholders, and vendors to translate business requirements into technical configurations. Ensure all local deployments adhere to enterprise security controls, data privacy standards, and cloud blueprints.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelors degree in IT/Computer Science or other relevant discipline
- Strong experience in troubleshooting Azure PaaS services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Data Factory, Azure SQL)
- Hands-on experience in API integrations, event-driven architecture, and microservices
- Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, Webhooks, data transformation
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps) and IaC (ARM, Bicep, Terraform)
- Knowledge of monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Splunk, AppDynamics)
- Familiarity with enterprise security standards and SSO configurations
- Experience integrating POS systems with ERP (SAP S/4HANA) and CRM platforms
- Understanding of retail data flows and operations (sales, inventory, payments)
- Experience in retail and large-scale POS transformation programs
- Exposure to multi-country deployments and localization requirements
- Knowledge of event-driven architecture patterns and enterprise integration frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to perform in fast-paced, high-stakes deployment environments
- Excellent stakeholder communication across global and local teams
