Job Summary
POS & IT Systems Administrator at MODWASH LLC supports configuration and ongoing maintenance of POS systems and related IT infrastructure across car wash locations. Responsibilities include configuring and supporting POS hardware and software (kiosks, pay stations, controllers, backend devices), remote access and monitoring (ScreenConnect, RMM), Tier 3 escalated support for POS software and IT systems, ticket-based incident response, asset inventory and licensing, supporting new store openings and hardware deployments, troubleshooting cameras and site IT equipment, performing system health checks, documenting configurations and incidents, and providing after-hours/weekend support with low travel to store locations.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience with POS systems or IT hardware
