Job Summary
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues remotely and on-site while installing and deploying cutting-edge retail systems for grocery stores, convenience stores, and restaurants. Travel to client sites using a provided company vehicle to lead installation projects from delivery through documentation and maintain critical inventory systems. Learn POS systems through a comprehensive training program to ensure businesses remain operational when systems go down. This role offers a mix of fieldwork and office support with travel, providing a path to ESOP ownership after six months.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Basic computer hardware/software troubleshooting experience
- Self-motivated problem-solver
- Willingness to learn through our POS training program
