Job Summary
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues remotely and on-site for grocery stores, convenience stores, and restaurants. Install and deploy cutting-edge retail systems while traveling to client sites using a provided company vehicle. Lead installation projects from delivery through documentation and maintain critical inventory systems. Complete comprehensive POS system training to ensure businesses remain operational when systems go down. Valid driver's license with a clean record required. Required Qualifications
