Teach classes and guide student learning in a bilingual Brazilian international school, following the Red House pedagogical plan; implement adaptations for students with special educational needs; develop weekly plans; assess and report student progress; coordinate with the teaching team and supervisor; supervise the Teaching Assistant; maintain student records; communicate with families; participate in academic meetings and professional development; utilize Microsoft Office and IB methodologies where applicable; foster an inclusive, collaborative classroom environment and promote evidence-based strategies to improve student engagement and learning outcomes.
