Job Summary
Portuguese Speaking Hybrid RG Analyst responsible for investigating and analyzing customers’ gameplay to flag responsible gaming-related issues, recommending intervention tools (limits) via phone, email, and chat, performing in-depth account reviews, escalating complex cases to senior management, maintaining detailed records of communications and interventions, promoting awareness of responsible gaming among staff, and contributing to improvements in RG procedures and systems. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week role with a hybrid working model in Malta, reporting to the RG Team Leader. The organization operates online casino brands Pikakasino and Kansino.nl under MGA and Dutch licensing, with offices in Malta, Estonia, and the Netherlands.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in iGaming and Responsible Gambling are an asset.
- An exceptional knowledge of written and spoken Portuguese and English.
- A service-minded person willing to do his / her utmost to ensure a safe and responsible experience for our customers.
