The role emphasizes trust-building, explaining rights under Massachusetts law, and outreach within hubs like Framingham, Somerville, Everett, and East Boston. Required qualifications center on bilingual mastery, emotional intelligence, cultural nuance, proactive client support, and clear communication of complex legal information.
