Coordinate goods receipt and delivery by scheduling with loading personnel, weighing vehicles, issuing transport documents, and entering data into the logistics system. Serve as the primary contact for external visitors by issuing electronic access cards, verifying safety briefings, and registering personnel and vehicles. Monitor traffic at factory entrances and exits while managing pool vehicles. Handle incoming calls and route them to the appropriate contacts. Act as a first responder for emergencies within security management. Requires a completed vocational training, strong German and English skills, and independent organizational abilities. Monthly gross salary of 2,593.51 € applies.
