Portfolio Value Management Analyst (Latam)

Job Summary
Consolidate and analyze Opex investment portfolio data for Brazil and Rest of Latam, maintaining a single source of truth for accuracy and alignment. Generate regular reports on portfolio performance and value realization to support leadership decision-making and AOP planning. Manage project tracking and governance within Service Now, ensuring proper creation, updates, and adherence to processes across deployment leads and PMOs. Support demand intake, prioritization, and execution monitoring by following up on timelines and escalating risks or data inconsistencies. Act as the central point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders, providing process guidance and ensuring data availability throughout the portfolio lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Engineering, Finance, Business Management, System and /or Administration Technology Management
- English and Spanish fluent professional
- At least 1-2 years' formal experience on project management, finance function, continuous improvement or digital transformation projects and investments
- Experience managing a culturally diverse stakeholder group
- Strong analytical background, with an ability to analyze complex problems to find actionable, pragmatic solutions
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with financial ability to align investments to organizational priorities
- Proficiency in portfolio management tools and digital platforms
- Flexibility to manage the interaction with team on different countries and across functional
- Potential leadership and influencing skills to foster collaboration across diverse teams
- Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to present to senior leadership
- Proactive: always thinking ahead and contributing with new ideas
- Highly oriented results
Desired Qualifications
- Desirable but not mandatory Portuguese
- Preferable but not mandatory having a project management certification (PMI or Agile – Scrum methodology)
- Strong knowledge in Power Point, Excel, Word & Project Tools
