Job Summary
Temporary full-time Portfolio Support Specialist in Edmonton, Alberta, supporting the Shared Services team during a peak fundraising period. Responsible for administering gaming requests, issuing licenses, coordinating online raffles and 50/50 activities, handling inquiries, ensuring AGLC compliance, reporting and tracking, supporting peer-to-peer fundraising platforms, and assisting with site content/configuration. Requires strong organizational skills, customer service excellence, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint; Salesforce experience is a plus. Hybrid work environment with hours Monday–Friday (36.25 per week) from Aug 10 to Dec 18, 2026; hourly rate starts at $22.80.
Required Qualifications
- high school diploma
- 2-3 years of related administrative experience
- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Microsoft Teams and SharePoint)
- experience with Salesforce or United Way@Work is an asset
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- customer service orientation
- ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
