Job Summary
Portfolio Specialist to support deployment and governance of portfolio plans enabling growth across Central Europe cluster. Partners with Portfolio Manager to translate innovation, renovation, and simplification strategies into actionable market deployment plans; drive portfolio strategy, governance, and deployment; execute cross-functional alignment, develop in-trade stories and deployment plans using category insights and brand strategies; perform performance analytics, KPI tracking, and risk/opportunity assessments to accelerate growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in FMCG marketing, category management, portfolio management, or business strategy.
