Job Summary
Lead maintenance team across multiple locations in Surprise, AZ, coordinating workorders, schedules, and training; oversee turnkey operations and timely make-ready of vacant units; perform plumbing and minor electrical repairs; conduct unit walkthroughs to determine make-ready needs and coordinate purchases/contracts for major replacements; handle grounds maintenance and 24-hour emergency maintenance responses; requires high school diploma or GED with at least 3 years in building and facility maintenance (supervisory experience preferred); HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing licensing/certification highly desired; able to read diagrams/meters and write reports, and perform basic math; proficient with computers and data entry; committed to integrity and confidentiality; EOE.
Required Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience in building and facility maintenance
- supervisory experience
- Licensing and trade certification in HVAC, Electrical Wiring, or Plumbing desired
- English literacy (read/write)
- ability to perform basic math
