Job Summary

Expand sales within the designated surgery product portfolio by performing end-to-end selling, driving upgrades in targeted accounts, and developing new account opportunities. Build in-depth knowledge of the adjunctive hemostat portfolio, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to execute account-specific strategies that align with customer unmet needs and territory growth objectives. Establish strong relationships with healthcare decision-makers, clinical stakeholders, and supply chain partners to deliver compliant, persuasive product presentations and post-sale support including education and implementation coordination. Manage multiple priorities across the assigned geography while collaborating with internal stakeholders to communicate market feedback and support regional priorities. Requires a Bachelor's degree, proven sales track record, and ability to travel as necessary. Valid driver's license required.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven successful sales track record with demonstrated ability to grow accounts, identify opportunities, and convert competitive business
  • Demonstrated ability to learn, communicate, and apply technical, clinical, scientific, and product-related information across a broad portfolio
  • Ability to develop account plans, prioritize opportunities, and generate demand within an assigned geography
  • Strong business acumen, including excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with field sales partners, clinical stakeholders, supply chain contacts, and cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound business judgment, and execute the selling process in a concise, compliant, professional, ethical, and persuasive manner that leads to customer action
  • Strong organization, time management, and territory management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across a broad portfolio
  • Ability to travel as necessary
  • Valid driver's license that meets supplier driving standards

Desired Qualifications

  • 3+ years of healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, biotech, or related sales experience
  • Portfolio, hospital, health system, or multi-product sales experience
  • Experience selling into surgical, procedural, acute care, or hospital-based environments
  • Experience communicating clinical, operational, and financial value to healthcare stakeholders
