Job Summary
Audit daily and weekly scheduled hours to ensure accuracy for payments and attendance. Communicate with local operations regarding hours and payroll discrepancies. Create daily hours reports for Operations to maintain accurate forecasting and billing. Work with clients to remove unbillable hours from client programs. Perform bi-weekly scheduling lockdowns in coordination with the Billing Division. Resolve pay discrepancies in a timely manner. This full-time temporary role requires flexible availability within a 24/7 period and proficiency with standard office software and scheduling tools.
Required Qualifications
- GED or equivalent
- Eligibility to obtain Transportation Security Clearance (TSC) and Federal Security Clearance
- Flexible availability within a 24/7 period
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced education in a related field (i.e. Business Administration)
- Previous experience in Airport Operations, Business administration or scheduling
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
- Effective verbal/written communication with various audiences while maintaining diplomacy and confidentiality
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and able to work effectively in a dynamic team environment
- Proficiency with standard office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience using scheduling software
- Fluency in French
