Job Summary
Portfolio Relationship Manager for SBE clients: manage and service existing client portfolio (upto Rs.100 lacs), renewals and limit enhancements; build strong relationships with promoters; analyze business models, cash flows, and working capital to propose suitable bank solutions; drive portfolio growth through limit enhancement, timely renewals, and cross-sell across OD, CC, BG, BL; ensure client churn is minimized and maintain portfolio hygiene; coordinate with credit/ops/trade desk/branch to resolve issues quickly; visit client locations regularly to maintain engagement; generate leads from existing customers and on-board new clients; maintain CASA book and generate float income; communicate effectively to clients and internal teams, and drive product penetration and advisory on WC solutions. Candidates preferably hold MBA or CA with 2-3 years local market experience in Credit & Sales, and strong communication and relationship-management skills. Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
Required Qualifications
