Portfolio Relationship Manager - SBE-Small Business Enterprise-Sales

Job Summary
Manage and service a portfolio of SBE clients, including renewal and enhancement of limits; build strong relationships with promoters and provide timely advice on WC solutions; analyze business models, cash flows, and working capital to tailor loan solutions; drive portfolio growth through limit enhancements and timely renewals, while ensuring optimal portfolio hygiene and minimizing delinquencies; coordinate with credit/ops/trade desk/branch to resolve issues quickly; track stock statements and audits, push for optimal utilization and cross-sell products; generate new leads from existing customers and onboard new clients; maintain CASA book and generate float income; visit client locations to stay connected and support business growth. Based in Bangalore, India with emphasis on relationship management and sales across SME banking products (OD, CC, BG, BL, etc.).
Required Qualifications
- MBA/CA preferred
- 2-3 years experience in local market
- Credit & Sales knowledge
- Strong oral and written communication
- Relationship Management skills
- Gamut of products: OD, CC, BG, BL etc.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
