Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation, Business Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Development, Portfolio Management, or Business Development within industrial technology sectors
  • Proven experience managing products throughout the complete lifecycle, from concept development and business case creation through commercialization and phase-out
  • Strong understanding of industrial automation, industrial sensors, electronics, manufacturing technologies, or related technical products
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct market analysis, competitive assessments, customer research, and strategic portfolio planning
  • Commercially driven with strong business acumen and experience evaluating sales performance, profitability, ROI, and market opportunities
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to translate market insights into actionable business strategies
  • Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with experience engaging customers and cross-functional teams
  • Fluent Mandarin Chinese and strong English communication skills, with the ability to operate effectively in an international business environment
