Portfolio & Performance Lead - R&D

Job Summary
Lead strategic portfolio management for Haleon’s D&T Pillar, translating strategy into actionable delivery plans, governance, and performance insights. Partner with a D&T LT member to maintain a coherent portfolio view, drive financial transparency, and enable disciplined execution across programs. Define planning cycles (annual/quarterly), support long-range and annual business plans, and synthesize data and trade-offs for leadership. Facilitate governance forums (Monthly Operational Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews), coordinate cross-functional priorities across D&T, Finance, Operations, Strategy, Risk and Compliance, and prepare high-quality executive communications to inform decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in portfolio management, strategic planning, performance management or business operations within complex or matrixed organizations
- Analytical and problem-solving capability with ability to bring clarity to ambiguity
- Experience supporting leadership governance forums and executive-level reporting
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional priorities and maintain alignment across teams
