Job Summary
Support the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple portfolios, coordinating SMB-focused demand generation programs including email campaigns, nurture activities, and digital promotions. Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to ensure assets, targeting, lists, and approvals are completed accurately and on schedule while monitoring campaign performance and contributing reporting insights. Provide executional support for product launches, announcements, and content releases by managing project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communications. Maintain marketing resources, campaign documentation, project trackers, and reporting dashboards to ensure consistent delivery of marketing programs. Act as a flexible resource across the PMM team to absorb workload peaks and improve execution efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, demand generation, campaign execution, product marketing support, marketing operations, or a related role
- Experience supporting SMB-focused marketing or demand generation programs preferred
- Demonstrated experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing and digital marketing initiatives
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with proven ability to coordinate timelines, assets, approvals, and deliverables
- Experience working with CRM, marketing automation, reporting, and campaign management platforms preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working across cross-functional teams and adapting to changing business priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, project management tools, and marketing technologies
