Job Summary
Portfolio Marketing Manager leads the strategic and executional marketing efforts across Lawson’s multifamily portfolio. Responsibilities span managing ILS listings, paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic), SEO strategy, website and content optimization, media production coordination, reputation management, email marketing (drip campaigns for prospects and residents), social media and brand management, and development of AI-enabled marketing tools within Fair Housing guidelines. The role also covers marketing analytics, CRM administration, lead tracking and conversion optimization, partnership with operations and leadership, pre-leasing campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand standards and accessibility. Requires 3–5+ years of marketing experience (preferably in multifamily real estate), a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and proficiency with marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, Yardi/RealPage). Travel to communities within the Lawson portfolio is expected. The position is full-time with a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience considered
- 3–5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in multifamily residential real estate or property management including affordable housing portfolios
- Demonstrated experience managing digital advertising campaigns, ILS platforms, CRM systems, and social media channels
- Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and Affirmative Marketing requirements
