Job Summary
Own the client relationship and overall satisfaction for an assigned real estate portfolio, integrating multiple work streams and supporting strategic account plans. Drive service delivery, manage ministry-level budgets, and leverage business intelligence tools to identify operational trends and tell the story of portfolio ministries. Account for profitability, governance, and risk mitigation while implementing the Strategic Portfolio Plan to expand services and drive growth. Collaborate with senior management and internal teams to develop proposals, attend networking events, and provide quarterly value reporting. Requires 10+ years of portfolio management experience; salary range $173,998 - $217,497 per annum.
Required Qualifications
- More than 10 years of business portfolio management and account management work experience
- University degree in business administration and/or professional designation
- People Leadership and influencing without formal authority
- A high degree of comfort and resiliency with challenging situations, maintains composure with audiences at all levels including those at the executive management position level
- Strong understanding of how-to using data and analytics, key metrics to operate their business with appropriate translation of data to information and story telling
- Strong and polished presentation skills (including proficient in Power Point)
- Collaboration with client, enterprise concerned parties to drive integration, relationship and connection
- Exceptional Client and Political savvy
- Business / Financial acumen of a large business with various functional areas, high volumes of information and competing priorities
- Applying client relationship and account management strategies and enabling key relationship with client representatives at all levels – including C-Suit levels
- Communicating with, negotiating, influencing and persuading others to achieve desired outcomes including with individuals at the executive management position level
- Managing and steering difficult discussions, communicating to gain concerned parties trust to foster good relations
- Adapting to new, different or changing requirements, quickly grasps new concepts, adapts and reflects on lessons learned. A very high degree of comfort with ambiguity
- Exceptionally adept at analyzing, evaluating and defining problems and challenges, identifying alternatives and making timely decisions
- Known for providing creative thought leadership while also listening and engaging others to provide input in the shaping of that vision
