Job Summary
Lead capital planning initiatives by partnering with IT to manage business, Ops, and Tech components from an end-to-end perspective. Oversee projects spanning growth, integration, efficiencies, product, experience, and compliance while applying portfolio management methodologies and best practices. Influence, negotiate, and collaborate across functions to drive strategic decision-making, risk assessment, and change management. Requires 5+ years of progressive experience in portfolio or program management with demonstrated leadership. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Project Management preferred, along with relevant certifications such as PfMP or PMP.

- Expertise in portfolio management methodologies, tools, and best practices

- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills
