Portfolio Manager - UAS

Job Summary
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of UAS products and service offerings, including hire-to-consult capabilities, while defining portfolio roadmaps and evaluating performance against market trends. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to translate customer needs into clearly defined offerings, ensuring alignment with pricing strategy and packaging. Ensure products are structured for Amazon capability, supporting listing readiness and optimizing visibility through SEO-focused descriptions. Partner with business development to support pipeline development and coordinate with engineering, operations, and marketing on feasibility and go-to-market materials. Track portfolio KPIs including performance, utilization, and revenue contribution to provide regular updates to leadership on strategic recommendations. Occasional travel may be required to support customer engagements and industry events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in portfolio management, product management, or strategy roles
- Strong understanding of UAS markets, applications, and customer needs
- Experience managing both product and service-based offerings
- Familiarity with Amazon marketplace requirements and digital product readiness
- Working knowledge of SEO principles related to product and service discoverability
- Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority
- Clear communicator with the ability to translate technical concepts into market-facing language
- Knowledge: gained through college education proven by their diploma, learned through applicable company trainings proven with training completion certificates
- Basic Skill Requirements: documented in employee's resume, proven by their acquisition of a college degree
