Portfolio Manager

Job Summary
Establish and deepen relationships with Portfolio customers to ensure performance is customer-focused while driving measurable growth by securing follow-on work. Execute Portfolio programs based on contractual commitments, ensuring technical delivery on schedule and on budget. Collaborate with customers, the growth team, and engineering to identify opportunities, define value propositions, and prioritize investments across five or more programs focused on MOSA adoption, software verification, and platform interoperability. Regularly communicate Portfolio performance to leadership and maintain tight collaboration with the Portfolio Tech Lead to balance strategy, growth, and execution objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Current/or recent U.S. Government Security Clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
- U.S. citizenship
- Bachelor's degree within any of these disciplines, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or Operations Management
- equivalent successful experience in a similar industry role
- Minimum of 8 years of experience managing, supporting, or leading technical programs in a Federal Government environment
- ideally involving the development and integration of new mission systems
- Strong understanding of software engineering concepts
- specifically DoW software and systems engineering environments
- including the design of adaptable and affordable systems
- testing
- and systems integration
- Demonstrated experience growing the scope and or value of programs or portfolios organically within the DoW market
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams
- communicate effectively
- with demonstrated ability to lead and/or support teams to success
- Understanding of Government and Industry program/project management tasks

- Excellent time and resource management skills
- combined with the ability to manage multiple complex, multidisciplinary tasks and projects
- Proficient with MS Office and Google Suite products
- Demonstrated competency in written and oral communication
- Ability to travel 20% of the time
Desired Qualifications
- Current active U.S. Government Security Clearance
- Prior experience supporting the air armaments community in adopting Modular Open Systems Approach [MOSA] within DoW
- Prior experience supporting software verification, and platform interoperability within DoW
