Job Summary
Supervise assigned associations by coordinating with Boards of Directors, vendors, and Home Office to deliver exemplary customer service while achieving company goals. Manage vendor proposals, contracts, risk management, insurance, and maintenance approvals; collect invoices, code payments, and follow up on monthly assessments. Prepare manager reports and financial summaries for boards, serve as liaison between associations and legal counsel, and oversee employee coordination for janitorial, maintenance, and administrative staff. Handle onboarding and exit processes for associations. Hold a valid driver's license with a clean record and proficiency in Microsoft Office. - professional, organized and self-motivated
