Job Summary
Develop and execute go-to-market plans to support growth and market expansion in Finland. Manage and continuously improve the Software & Services Catalogue, ensuring offerings remain relevant, market-driven, and commercially compelling. Translate customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence into differentiated, customer-centric solutions while identifying new opportunities to strengthen the portfolio. Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams locally and across the Nordics to drive commercial readiness and successful launch of new offerings. Stay ahead of developments within HR technology, SaaS, AI, and changing customer needs to maintain a competitive advantage.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Go-to-Market, Product Marketing, Portfolio Management, or Strategic Marketing
- Strong understanding of the Finnish market
- Fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken
