Job Summary
Underwrite, review, and manage assigned loan portfolios for construction, commercial, and CRE lines of credit while supporting relationship managers in obtaining information and preparing forms to document, close, and maintain loans. Update financial covenant and compliance tracking for statements, tax returns, and rent rolls, then upload all application documents to the Bank's archives platform. Structure, price, and cultivate client relationships for current and new accounts, determining appropriate risk ratings through qualitative and quantitative analysis against bank credit guidelines. Requires a Bachelor's degree, five years of underwriting experience, and strong analytical skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of underwriting experience in lending or relevant Commercial Real Estate lending experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Branch Operations/New Account background
