Job Summary
Lead the optimization and commercial steering of the energy portfolio across multiple countries, maximizing portfolio value while ensuring alignment with Group Strategy. Evaluate portfolio performance and pipeline value to define contracting and revenue strategies, including CfD and PPA options. Manage RtM and PPA contracts, oversee Guarantees of Origin tracking and sales, and coordinate participation in European incentive schemes and Capacity Markets. Ensure IT and operational readiness for ancillary services and reporting needs. Based in Madrid, this role requires minimum 5 years of experience in energy markets and portfolio management. Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in energy markets, PPAs, and portfolio management
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a comparable role
- Knowledge of incentive schemes, Capacity Markets, and Ancillary Services
- Strong analytical skills and commercial negotiation capabilities
- Ability to coordinate effectively with IT, Operations, Growth, Origination, and NAV teams
- Excellent communication skills and strategic thinking
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English
- Expertise in sustainability
- A sustainable approach and a concrete contribution to this issue
