Job Summary
Portfolio Manager - Modernization Engagement Lead who owns delivery of complex, multi-tower modernization programs across applications, cloud, mainframe, and network & edge, coordinating cross-tower teams and dependencies to deliver outcomes within scope, schedule, quality, and risk. Responsibilities include scoping, PoC framing, baselining, SoW creation/review, and delivering client-facing presentations with strong narrative and value proposition articulation. Leverage Kyndryl Agentic AI Framework (KAF), Agent Builder, and Modernization Technology Lifecycle Plays (TLPs) to shape and execute modernization across domains (AMS, SDLC transformation, AppMod, Mainframe Mod, Platform Engineering, Data Center Networks, Edge Networks) while fostering a cohesive, enterprise-wide modernization solution. Requires 5+ years leading complex modernization programs with broad domain expertise across Applications, Cloud, Mainframe, and Network & Edge; strong communication, governance, and stakeholder-management skills; familiarity with hybrid estates and multi-platform delivery; and readiness to apply innovative frameworks to drive outcomes.
