Job Summary
Portfolio Manager within ING’s Business & Portfolio Management team to shape and steer a high-impact portfolio across functions, tribes, and geographies. Translate strategy into executable roadmaps, drive performance with data-driven insights, own budgets and forecasts, and establish governance to enable timely decision-making. Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, leading complex transformations and delivering tangible business value in a fast-paced, global, and regulated environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in portfolio management
- Experience in strategy or transformation
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to translate complex ambitions into actionable roadmaps
- Ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and investments
- Experience working in a global, regulated environment
