Job Summary

Conduct credit assessments and manage loan covenants for commercial and retail banking portfolios. Collaborate with relationship managers to generate client solutions, structure deals, and negotiate transactions while maximizing penetration and returns. Monitor high-risk loans, ensure timely renewals, and provide financial analysis to maintain credit quality and protect bank assets. Lead team development through mentoring and coaching analysts and associates. Adhere to Know Your Customer rules, Bank policies, and federal regulations including the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering Act. Requires 10+ years of portfolio management experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
  • equivalent work experience
  • Educational experience, through in-house training sessions, formal school or financial industry related curriculum, should be business or financial industry related
  • Intermediate knowledge of Bank operations, products and services
  • related state and federal laws and regulations
  • other Bank operational policies and procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
