Job Summary
Manage a portfolio of complex retail petroleum and convenience store credits with limited supervisory oversight, performing credit underwriting, risk administration, and financial modeling. Analyze borrower performance using industry-specific metrics such as fuel volume trends, margin volatility, and site-level cash flow. Structure, underwrite, and document new business, renewals, and modifications while maintaining strict adherence to credit policies. Oversee assigned portfolios to anticipate problems and develop solutions, providing direct client support to resolve complex credit monitoring issues. Exhibit expert knowledge of clients when interacting with peers, relationship managers, and senior leadership. Meet deadlines for portfolio compliance and share market insights with the team.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of underwriting and portfolio management experience
- Prior experience in retail petroleum
- Demonstrate a strong technical understanding of reviewing appraisals and environmental reports
- Strong verbal and written communication skills providing updates and summaries, completing follow up activities with clients and internal partners
- Bachelors degree
