Job Summary
Portfolio Manager at First Bank drives client relationship growth by leveraging deep knowledge of bank products and services, uncovering client needs, and recommending solutions. Responsibilities include managing loan pipelines with Commercial Sales Manager, coordinating documentation with clients and third parties, supporting origination and ongoing portfolio servicing, building client relationships, preparing pre-call plans through research, monitoring loan portfolio quality and communicating findings to Relationship Managers, updating renewal credits, and identifying opportunities to deepen deposits while ensuring compliance with BSA and related policies.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years financial services industry or related experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
- Knowledge of bank products, rules, and regulations
