Job Summary
Recruit, hire, train, and supervise all site personnel for assigned communities while providing final hiring recommendations. Mentor Community Managers and direct marketing and advertising to maximize rental income and occupancy rates. Manage annual budgets, enforce spending controls, and review variance explanations for all properties. Coordinate capital improvement programs, perform quarterly inspections, and respond to resident issues with Community Managers. Ensure accurate monthly financial reporting, complete required reports on time, and maintain thorough product knowledge of assigned communities and local competition. Assist in new account acquisitions when requested and ensure established policies are followed.
Required Qualifications
- Five or more years in property/real estate management
- Two or more years in management positions
- Moderate Real Estate and Management training experience
- HCCP or comparable tax credit housing training
- Background Screening
- Drug Test
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience managing multiple properties
- Accredited Residential Manager Certification (ARM)
