Job Summary
Manage a diverse portfolio of mid-size conventional properties (50+ unit communities) by achieving revenue growth, occupancy goals, and client asset performance expectations. Create and mentor an inclusive, diverse team to provide the best experience for all communities, residents, and team members. Serve as the key point of contact for clients while embodying core values of honesty, integrity, and innovation. Work Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, with availability for after-hours emergencies. Requires reliable transportation to travel between properties, a current driver's license, and a clean driving record. A skills assessment test and pre-employment background check are conducted before extending an offer.

- Three (3) to Five (5) years of full-time multi-family portfolio management experience
- Subject matter expert (SME) knowledge of Landlord/Tenant law in Oregon and Washington
- knowledge of Fair Housing laws
- advanced knowledge of state and federal labor laws
- knowledge of safety protocols
- Exceptional organizational skills

- ability to provide the best financial and accounting reports and analytics
