Job Summary
Portfolio Manager to own and grow a portfolio of upper SMB clients across Europe (based in Madrid) by delivering relationship management, commercial ownership, and strategic problem-solving for international payments, foreign exchange, and risk management solutions. Responsibilities include portfolio growth, proactive client engagement, solution selling, revenue generation, CRM-driven activity tracking, and leveraging digital tools and AI to improve outcomes. Requires 4+ years in B2B sales/account management, 2+ years in cross-border payments/FX/financial services, strong stakeholder management, and fluency in English and Spanish.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or relationship management
- 2+ years of experience within cross-border payments, foreign exchange, financial services, or a related industry
- Strong understanding of customer buying journeys, ideal customer profiles (ICPs), and stakeholder management
- Demonstrated experience managing a portfolio or book of business with revenue and/or quota responsibility
- Experience using CRM platforms and sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Highspot, or similar technologies
- Strong digital literacy and a passion for leveraging technology and AI tools to enhance performance
- Fluent English and native-level Spanish
