Job Summary
Portfolio Manager at Convera responsible for owning and growing a portfolio of high-value B2B clients in FX, international payments, and risk management. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, drive revenue and retention through proactive opportunity identification and expanding client value, and balance self-service capabilities with expert guidance. Manage a portfolio with disciplined, accountable activities, supporting early-stage client engagement with the Business Development team, and leverage digital tools to enhance performance across a range of payments and platform solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years B2B account management / B2B sales experience
- 2+ years’ experience in cross-border payments and including customer buying needs and typical ICPs and stakeholders in accounts
- Demonstrated experience owning a book of business with revenue/quota responsibility
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Gong, HubSpot, etc.) and other sales enablement and AI tools.
